Stamping

There are complex shapes needing a specific mould to be produced within a suitable lead time.
Sometimes this working phase it is just a first step before bench manufacturing, as it is the one producing parts to be assembled and finished to obtain the final result.
On the other hand, the lower-cost lines are produced only through stamping and the following resin filling and polishing.
Anyway it could be used, this technique can be very useful and we are able to perform it internally in total thanks to our press, also creating several mould typologies.
This is how we are able to control the whole process which is something very important also for such mostly mechanic making, needing as well high precision and attention to details.
